This is my interpretation of the Adire 281S construction. I decided to use my stacked dado head cutter to rabbet in the sides, top and bottom for a more rigid enclosure as well as much easier assembly. This is my first speaker enclosure construction attempt. You can see where I burned the wood in several locations with the router bit while cutting the holes. Adire's website has the necessary dimensions for all the pieces in a nice .DXF file. My pieces vary somewhat for insertion into the rabbets. At this point I have about 6 hours invested in these enclosures.
